CCSD was once one of the fastest-growing districts in the nation, and for years we focused on building fast to keep up. That chapter has changed, and how we invest must change with it. As we work to build brighter futures, this Facilities Mater Plan (FMP) gives us a strategic, long-term framework to make smarter decisions. Directing resources where they matter most, reducing costly upkeep on underutilized buildings, and ensuring every dollar goes toward the quality schools our students deserve for the next 20 years.
